We have 6 in house agents with experience in all areas of commercial real estate. Our agents have the experience and knowledge of current market conditions to the extent that they would be considered experts in the areas of leasing and purchasing retail properties. They have and will continue to represent Owners and Landlords, as well as retailers through Tenant Representation. They are involved in lease and sales negotiations and one of their primary goals is to complete transactions that make sense for all involved parties. Our company’s goal is to create long-term relationships through our reputation of excellent service in the areas we cover.

The firm’s Brokerage division was ranked as the sixth largest San Antonio Commercial Property Leasing firms and the tenth Largest San Antonio Commercial Real Estate Brokerage firms in the San Antonio Business Journal Book of Lists published December 17, 2004.
