Northwest San Antonio retail boom continues with planned 40,000-square-foot De Zavala center

“Cal Ivey and Katie Ludowig of Rohde Ottmers & Siegel Realty will be responsible for leasing the center. Preleasing has already kicked off, and the two are currently working on signing a lease with a Vietnamese restaurant concept, but are also looking for a larger pizza concept with an outdoor patio and beer. Clearly the college student population will be kept in mind.”
