Lori Rose-Alvarez Senior Property Manager

Lori joined the firm in January 2002. She has over 25 years of experience in the property management industry. Lori has an extensive knowledge in all operations of property management, handling everything from administration and implementation of service contracts, preventative maintenance, construction management, annual budgets, year-end reconciliations, and tenant relations. In her career as a Property Manager, she has been responsible for over 3 million square feet of retail and over 1 million square feet of industrial and office property throughout San Antonio, Laredo, and the Rio Grande Valley.

She is an active member of BOMA.
