Cal offers over 28 years of in-depth experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in retail leasing, build-to-suit services, restaurant/retail pad site acquisition and development and site selection covering multi-geographical assignments. Cal has leased, marketed and managed a 389 acre mixed-use project that included an outlet mall component, medical office, residential and pad site development. Cal, through his relationships with local, regional and national retailers, has an understanding of the needs and acquisition requirements of retail/restaurant tenants, build to suit clients, land acquisitions customers, and local, regional and national Landlords.

Cal’s clients have included Radio Shack, Houlihan’s, Krystal, Movie Gallery, Ace Cash Express, Payless Shoe Source, Dollar General, Simply Fashions, Blimpie’s, GNC, Black & Decker, Pro-Cuts, QC Financial, Sally Beauty, Regis, Schlotzsky’s, Wienerschnitzel, Melting Pot, and Domino’s to mention a few.
