Bryan Ottmers has been active in commercial real estate since 1980 in San Antonio and South Central Texas with a concentration on development, investment properties and retail leasing.

In 1980 he led the Company in developing, owning and managing over 1.5 million square feet of specialty retail, garden office and office/service center space. Build-to-suit clients and retail users include: Chief Auto Parts, Southland Corporation, Kwik Wash Laundries, McDonald’s, Carl’s Jr., and others. He completed contract management and disposition of over $300 million in land and income property for the RTC. He participated in the preferred Developer Group for Eckerd Drugs, and has continued to do shopping center development in San Antonio and South Central Texas. Bryan is the President of the Property Management Division, which manages in excess of 2 Million square feet annually. The management and leasing division is consistently ranked in the top three (3) largest retail property management leasing firms in San Antonio, Texas.

He is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, RECSA, The Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, CCIM, CID, and ICSC.
