Tom Rohde has been active in commercial real estate brokerage and development since 1970. His past brokerage activity has ranged from site acquisition for such national retail chains as 7-Eleven stores, Circle-K Stores, Chief Auto Parts, Kroger Food Stores, Mega Food Stores, Handy Andy Food Stores, Albertson’s Grocery Stores, H.E.B. Grocery Company, CiCi’s Pizza, and others. Tom is also active in the sale of large development tracts having recently sold tracts ranging from $14,500,000 to $40,000,000.

He has been active in build-to-suit development since 1975 with companies such as Arby’s, Carl’s Jr., McDonalds, Chief Auto Parts, Stop-N-Go , HEB Food Stores, Kwik Wash Laundries, Albertson’s Grocery Stores to name a few. He currently owns a portfolio of shopping centers that he has developed including two Wal-Mart anchored centers, Buckner Commons in Dallas, Texas and Rigsby Road shopping center in San Antonio. His current development activities include five new centers ranging from 15,000 square feet to 50,000 square feet.

He is a member of The San Antonio Board of Realtors, The North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce, the RECSA, CCIM, CID and ICSC. Tom was awarded the CCIM Tough Dog Award in 2004 and Big Dog Award in 2006. He received CoStar’s award for San Antonio Power Broker Retail Leasing Transactions in 2007.
