Chuck Siegel began his career in Commercial Real Estate in 1999 after a 30+ year career in discount and off-price apparel retailing. Chuck started as an Assistant Manager in a discount store in Corpus Christi. His career was culminated by becoming the founder of an off-price apparel retailer, 50-Off Stores. During the course of the next 20 years the Company became a public company and had 127 stores in 16 states in the Southwest and Southeast when he retired.

During the early 1990’s the company opened 60 stores in a 3 year period and Chuck, as Chairman and CEO, visited and was involved in all site selection and lease negotiations for what was utilization of second generation space. Most stores ranged from 20,000 to 25,000 square feet in size. Later serving as a consultant for another public off-price retailer, Solo Serve, he became the CEO and President serving in the capacity for approximately 5 years. Chuck began his new career in commercial real estate in 1999 focusing on retail projects, including Tenant Representation and retail “Big Box” and shopping center investments for third parties. His experience in both retailing and real estate has served him and the company well.

During his retail career he served on the Board of International Mass Retail Association (IMRA) and was elected to the Executive Committee and served as its Treasurer for four (4) years. He now specializes on working with retailers on their expansion and/or relocation needs, as well as with shopping center owners on filling their second generation empty “Big Box” spaces and disposition of retail properties. Chuck is a member of the San Antonio Board of Realtors, CCIM, CID, RECSA, North San Antonio Chamber.
