Chuck Siegel was the founder of what became a significant Off-Price Apparel Company known as 50-Off Stores. When he left 20 years later the company had become a public company with 123 stores in 16 states. Chuck then took over the reigns of Solo-Serve a San Antonio based public Off-Price company and served as its Chairman, President & CEO for 3 years.

He began his real estate career in May of 2000 by joining Rohde Realty Corporation after spending nearly 25 years as a retail executive. When the firm was restructure and became Rohde Ottmers & Siegel Realty Chuck became a partner as well as the President of the brokerage firm.

His experience in all areas of the retail business, including store expansion and site selection, serves him well in concentrating on commercial retail real estate from Landlord and Tenant representation to investments in property for new shopping centers and “big box” available space in existing centers that need to be re-tenanted.
